Clean, safe, secure (marked and unmarked security (that are mobile and on foot)as well as municipal protectors. Multiple varieties of shops, restaurants, and specialty stores for you to peruse at your leisure. Many eateries have outdoor seating for dinning and people watching.

This is essentially the only place in the area where you can find a large variety of shops and restaurants in a single location. However, for a parent, the experience is often unbearable. While it is an open-air plaza, there is absolutely nothing for children to doβno playground, no play area, and no dedicated space for kids to burn off energy. Itβs incredibly frustrating that I canβt simply grab a coffee with a friend and let my child play nearby.
